Emergency equipment held, where it is maintained, and when it was last inspected. Last inspected is read from the inspection record and the status is derived from the due date against today, so neither can be asserted and neither goes stale. Click an item for its own inspection history. The key to the status column is at the foot of this register.

The document

Purpose

This register records the emergency equipment held by A M Water Services Limited, where it is located, who maintains it, and the interval at which it is inspected, so that the equipment relied on in an emergency is known to be present and serviceable.

Scope

Fire-fighting equipment, first aid provision, spill response and the emergency equipment carried on vehicles and held at the premises and welfare units. Calibrated monitoring and measuring equipment is held in APP_14 and is not repeated here.

Key to the status column

Status is derived at build time from the next-due date against the date this register was generated. It is not typed in and cannot be asserted.

OverdueThe inspection or service is past its due date.Next-due date is before the generation date. The number of days past due is shown against it.
No date heldNo next-due date is recorded.Treated as a gap in the register, not as compliance.
