How to read this page

Register is the controlled appendix page: purpose, scope, method, the master-record position and the revision history. Start there.

Interactive register is the filterable, searchable view of the data itself, opened in its own window. Not every appendix has one; those that do are marked.

Issue numbers and review dates are not repeated here. They sit on each register's own document-control band and in APP_24, and a third copy would be a third thing to keep in step.
