The document

Purpose

This register records the HSQE objectives A M Water Services Limited has set under Clause 6.2 of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, the KPI that measures each, its target, the person accountable and the current position. Each objective serves a commitment in the HSQE Policy (POL_HSQE_00).

Review and governance

Performance is reviewed at the weekly Director and HSQE compliance call using FORM_WCC_01, and formally at the September Management Review, which is the only point at which an objective is added, changed or closed. A measure that moves off target is raised as a corrective action on APP_21 and the reference is recorded in the CAR column.

How each objective is achieved — Clause 6.2.2

What will be done, the resources required, who is responsible, when it is to be completed and how the result is evaluated. Objectives held at zero by controls already running name those controls rather than a separate plan.

Key to current progress

ValueHow it is decided
On trackThe latest measured figure meets the target.
WatchWithin 10% of the target, or the data is not yet sufficient to judge.

No dataNo measured figure exists for the period yet.

Where the period history is held

This register carries the current position against each objective. Prior-period results are held in the records that produced them, and are not duplicated here:

RecordWhat it holds
Management Review recordsThe figure against every objective at each review, with the Directors' evaluation of it. September 2025, the May 2026 interim review and September 2026.
Monthly HSQE bulletinsThe position between reviews, month by month, under Communications.
APP_21Where an objective is carried as a corrective action, the action record holds its history.
APP_22Accident and near-miss figures behind objective H1.

Trend is therefore read across the Management Review series rather than from this register, which is the current statement of each objective and its progress.

220/07/2025Aaron Mason, DirectorSimplified KPI structure using SMARTER format; updated ownership.
301/06/2026Aaron Mason, DirectorAnnual review ahead of the Achilles UVDB B2 surveillance audit of 3–4 June 2026 — targets refreshed for 2025-26 and the review cycle harmonised to annual from bi-annual. Objectives reduced from thirteen to seven, spread across health, safety, quality, environment and business, and the register set out on the AMWS template: policy statement, objective, KPI, target, owner, current progress and corrective action, one row each.
429/09/2026Aaron Mason, DirectorObjectives reviewed at the September 2026 Management Review. Q2 restated to measure certification to the three standards AMWS holds — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The former reference to WIRS is removed: self-lay provision is outside the certified scope and no registration is held, and the requirement is carried in APP_10 at L18. Evaluations and RAG positions brought to the position reported to that review.
