The document

Purpose

To show, in one place, which clause of which standard applies to AMWS and which controlled document answers it. Used as a pre-audit reference, as the traceability check when a document changes, and to brief anyone new on how the three standards map onto what AMWS actually does.

Key to the documented-information column — what the standard requires

ValueHow it is decided
RequiredThe standard requires documented information for this clause. The test is an explicit "shall maintain" or "shall retain documented information" in the clause text.
Not requiredThe clause applies and is met, but the standard sets no documented-information requirement for it. AMWS documents are still named on the row where they exist.
ExcludedThe clause is excluded from the scope, with the reason recorded on the row.

Clause 8 closed — SOP 5.5 issued 08/09/2026

SOP 5.5 Enquiry to Handover covers the five clause 8 requirements that previously had no home: 8.2 review of requirements before acceptance, 8.5.2 identification and traceability, 8.5.3 customer and external provider property, 8.5.5 post-delivery activities including the SROH reinstatement guarantee period, and 8.6 release and handover.

It describes the sequence AMWS already runs (enquiry, acceptance review, mobilisation, service provision, release, invoicing, post-delivery) and names the records that already exist rather than introducing new ones.

Day 3 of the October surveillance visit walks enquiries and sales → site mobilisation → service provision → site handover → invoicing. SOP 5.5 is the document for that session.

Applicable standards register

The three certified standards, plus the supporting standards AMWS references and where each is applied. A standard is listed only if a controlled document actually uses it.

ISO 14001:2026 published April 2026 and ISO 9001:2026 publishes 16 September 2026. Both certificates expire 23 November 2027 and both transition windows run to 2029, so both transitions can be assessed at the same autumn 2027 recertification in one visit. The shared Harmonised Structure work at clauses 4.1, 6.3 and 9.3 serves both. See APP_25 Section 7.

Verify formal transition dates against the IAF resolution and the Alcumus ISOQAR bulletin. Stage 1 of APP_25 does this.

Formal transition dates are verified against the IAF resolution and the Alcumus ISOQAR bulletin. Stage 1 of APP_25 does this.
