🔴 ENFORCEMENT ALERT: 81 Criminal Investigations¶
Environment Agency has launched 81 criminal investigations into water companies - a 145% surge. - 380 additional EA staff hired - 10,000 inspections planned for 2025/26 (up from 4,000) - Impact: Significantly increased likelihood of site inspections

Record £1.42 Million DWI Fine - Materials Compliance¶
Anglian Water fined £1.42 million for using unapproved materials in drinking water tanks.

New Requirement: EUSR Products for Drinking Water scheme (£120-180, half-day course)
