Traditional paper-based management system created version control issues, delayed access to current procedures, manual audit trails, and office-dependent document access. SQR Group closure necessitated seamless transition to new HSQE consultant whilst maintaining compliance.
Goal/Target Statement:¶
Successfully implement cloud-based digital IMS platform with 100% document migration, real-time access for all teams, automated version control, and enhanced HSQE support through Onyx Operations partnership, including revolutionary digital 'van pack' for site teams.
