Training Framework

A M Water Services maintains a comprehensive training framework to ensure all personnel have the competence required to perform their roles safely and effectively. This includes:

  • Induction Training - All new starters complete a structured induction programme
  • Statutory Training - Mandatory training required by law and industry standards
  • Role-Specific Training - Training tailored to specific job functions
  • Continuing Professional Development - Ongoing skills development and refresher training

Induction Process

New employee induction follows the Induction Process Procedure (IPP001) which covers:

  1. Company introduction and values
  2. Health and safety orientation
  3. Environmental awareness
  4. Quality requirements
  5. Role-specific training needs
  6. Equipment and PPE familiarisation

The Recruitment Procedure (RP001) ensures:
