2026 Supplier Annual Reviews — retired

Replaced by the Approved Supplier List (HTML)

The 2026 Supplier Annual Reviews previously held per-supplier as 32 markdown PQQ pages have been retired as of 1 June 2026.

The controlled register is now the single HTML page below, embedded into APP_19. It carries all 32 suppliers (Active / Inactive / Merged) with their 8-point Supplier Self-Assessment, scope, approval method, last-review date and risk rating.

The 2025 Supplier Annual Reviews remain available as historical evidence: SAR 2025 index.

Rationale: the per-supplier PQQ approach (32 markdown files, each replicating an 8-question checklist) was disproportionate for a ~20-person SME and asked us to evidence criteria we could not realistically prove on the supplier's behalf (their internal RAMS, their training records). The new register holds the criteria AMWS can verify — public profile, accreditations, ongoing performance — plus the supplier's annual self-confirmation of the 8 criteria.
