This section records all Health and Safety events: incidents, accidents, near misses, and the investigations that follow them.

A M Water Services Ltd has recorded zero incidents, accidents, or near misses so far. When an event occurs, it will be logged here.
Reporting process¶
- Notify your supervisor immediately. Do not wait until end of shift.
- Complete an Incident Report on the same day — see SOP 8.1 — Accident, Incident & Near Miss Reporting.
- For accidents, complete an Accident Log entry within 24 hours.
- For near misses, complete a Near Miss Record.
- Investigations are conducted by the HSQE Coordinator and documented as Investigation Reports.
