Suppliers¶
The canonical Approved Supplier Register is the HTML page held under APP_19: Approved Supplier List (HTML). It carries 32 suppliers — 18 Active, 13 Inactive (account retained, not currently used), 1 Merged (Sixfields → Storefield) — with the 8-point Supplier Self-Assessment, scope, approval method, last-review date and risk rating per row.

How this is structured¶

sar-2025/— prior-year per-supplier SAR pages retained as year-on-year evidence.- APP_19 — controlled-reference appendix carrying the rating rubric, audit-trace and change-log.
The 32 per-supplier 2026 SAR markdown pages were retired on 19 May 2026 (during the IA cycle proportionality review) and consolidated into the HTML register. See sar-2026/index.md for the redirect notice and rationale.
Labour-supply subcontractors¶
The 62 labour-supply subcontractors used by AMWS are tracked in Leanne Mason's live Approved Supplier Register (Excel) which is the master record. The IMS portal references the live register via APP_19 and surfaces summary statistics; per-individual records are maintained in the live Excel rather than published page-by-page on the portal.
