How this is structured¶
- APP_19 — the controlled master: supplier table, evaluation criteria, annual review outcome, change-log.
sar-2026/— the 2026 review record.sar-2025/— the 2025 per-supplier reviews, retained as year-on-year evidence.
From 2026 the annual review is held as one record rather than a file per supplier. The 2025 set is retained so the two years can be compared.
Labour-supply subcontractors¶
The 62 labour-supply subcontractors used by AMWS are tracked in Leanne Mason's live Approved Supplier Register (Excel) which is the master record. The IMS portal references the live register via APP_19 and carries summary figures; per-individual records are maintained in the live Excel rather than published page-by-page on the portal.
