Suppliers¶
Per-supplier records combining the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the annual Supplier Annual Review (SAR) for every approved supplier. Reviews are conducted annually and retained year-on-year as audit evidence.
The canonical register is APP_19 — Approved Supplier Register. 2026 review summary: 31 approved suppliers rated Excellent, 1 (Fleet Hire Services) pending review, no complaints logged.

Labour-supply subcontractors¶
The 62 labour-supply subcontractors used by AMWS are tracked in Leanne Mason's live Approved Supplier Register (Excel) which is the master record. The IMS portal references the live register via APP_19 and surfaces summary statistics; per-individual records are maintained in the live Excel rather than published page-by-page on the portal.
