Occupational Health and Safety Assessments¶
This section provides an overview of OHS risk assessments maintained by A M Water Services.
Overview¶
A M Water Services maintains comprehensive risk assessments covering all workplace activities. These assessments identify hazards, evaluate risks, and specify control measures to protect employees and others who may be affected by our operations.
Risk Assessment Methodology¶
Risk Scoring¶
Risk is calculated using: Severity x Likelihood = Risk Rating
| Factor | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Severity | Negligible | Minor | Serious | Catastrophic |
| Likelihood | Remote | Unlikely | Likely | Almost Certain |
Risk Ratings¶
| Rating | Score Range | Action Required |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 1-5 | Monitor and maintain controls |
| Medium | 6-11 | Implement additional controls, regular review |
| High | 12-16 | Immediate action required, senior management attention |
