Overview¶
These procedures establish the operational framework for:
- RAMS: Ensuring comprehensive risk assessments and method statements for all work activities
- Change Management: Controlling changes that may impact health, safety, quality, or environment
- Supply Chain: Evaluating and managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Emergency Response: Preparing for and responding to emergency situations
- Service Delivery: Running a job from enquiry to handover, and the obligations that follow it
