Issue/Problem Statement:

Seven KPIs from APP_11 Register require corrective action implementation to establish baseline measurements and tracking systems. These include rework rate measurement, training plan revision, fleet CO2 monitoring, sustainable supplier assessment, carbon monitoring system, team effectiveness baseline, and employee suggestion scheme.

Goal/Target Statement:

Establish comprehensive measurement systems and processes for all identified KPIs by Q1 2026, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across quality, environmental, and business sustainability objectives.
