Cycle¶
- Surveillance audits — annual, conducted by Alcumus ISOQAR. Visit 1 September 2025, Visit 2 October 2026, Visit 3 September 2027
- Recertification — three-yearly; the current cycle ends 23 November 2027, and planning for it takes place at the October 2026 visit
- SSIP — assessed as Core Criteria against the ISO 45001 certificate
- ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 9001:2026 transitions — see APP_25; raise both at the recertification planning session
