Health and Safety Inspections — Premises

Independent inspections of the Northampton premises carried out by the HSQE consultant, and the reports they produce. This is the record index; the report itself is the record.

What this covers, and what it does not

These inspections look at the premises — the office, the yard, the welfare unit, the stores and the vehicles as they stand on the day. They do not cover an excavation, a street works site or a confined space entry.

Operational activity is covered elsewhere: by the method statements and risk assessments issued with the van packs, by the internal audit programme at APP_20, and by the compliance evaluation at APP_10. The distinction matters when reading a score, and each report states it on its face.

Inspections

Date Premises Result Findings Report
22/09/2026 Northampton — Unit 2C Stour Road 81 of 81 applicable questions met 0 requiring corrective action; 1 observation ONX-AMWS-HSI-2026-01

The report is at Issue 2 of 05/10/2026; Issue 1 of 30/09/2026 is retained and superseded.

22/09/2026 was the first round, so it sets the baseline rather than a trend. It was one of four pieces of evidence gathered that day, alongside the review of all 32 external providers on APP_19, the first HSQE culture audit cycle under APP_27, and the certificate-currency check. All four fed the September 2026 Management Review.

On the reported score

The result is recorded as 81 of 81 applicable questions met. The checklist carries 95 questions, of which 14 did not apply to the premises; a question marked not applicable scores nothing and is excluded from the result rather than counted against it.
